The Formation & Purpose 

Established in 2012 and headquartered in Chennai, India, Xalence Human Capital Management Solutions embarked on a journey with a clear mission.

Our initial focus was on offering impartial consulting services to support HR departments in the successful implementation of HR Technology solutions. Over time, our dedication to education led us to specialize in providing training for platforms such as PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Cloud HCM.

Journey Thus Far

Throughout our journey, Xalence has partnered with businesses of all sizes, working closely with their HR and IT departments. Our focus has been on providing reliable independent guidance to help HR functions select, deploy, and maximize the value of HR technology initiatives. Additionally, Xalence has conducted numerous training programs focusing on the functional aspects of PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Cloud HCM for Oracle's clientele.

Two predominant ideas have driven a shift in our business focus:

Introduction

I'm Raghuram Natesan (Raghu), and I founded Xalence in 2012 with the support of my wife.

As a Specialist

I have extensive experience as a Functional Specialist, combining a deep understanding of technology to assist organizations in adopting Enterprise Applications efficiently. My approach emphasizes minimal customizations, and when necessary, I ensure any alterations preserve the core framework of the product. Throughout my career, I have undertaken diverse roles on projects and collaborated with organizations of varying sizes across different industry sectors.

As a Trainer

Alongside my consulting responsibilities, I've had the opportunity to serve as a trainer for various applications, imparting essential skills to consultants in implementing platforms like PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM, and related tools such as Crystal Reports, SQR, Convoy/DM, and others. Additionally, I've conducted training sessions for end-users to maximize the benefits of these applications. Over the years, I've shared my expertise with more than 1000 professionals.

My Future Focus

My future goals include educating and supporting small and medium-sized businesses in adopting enterprise applications to enhance their competitiveness.

Furthermore, I aim to create educational content for current and aspiring HR professionals to develop their proficiency in technology.

Education

My educational background is diverse and has greatly influenced my approach. I hold Master's degrees in Mathematics and Management Information Systems, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management. This combination has equipped me to navigate both the functional and technical aspects of Enterprise applications confidently, delivering substantial value to clients.
